This tale is based on a well-known nursery rhyme. A bear went to the farm one night to steal corn cobs. It broke off a stick, then lost it when it broke off another… When the other animals on the farm saw this, they all ran out, eating and licking the cobs. Finally, the bear had only one corn cob left…
Lyv Aiming received his diploma from the Central Academy of Fine Arts. He has been drawing illustrations for children’s books since he was in school.
秋天的夜晚，在一户农家里，妈妈在给孩子讲“熊瞎子”的故事。殊不知，熊瞎子真的来啦！熊瞎子偷偷进入苞米地，辛辛苦苦地掰苞米。但是它掰一棒，丢一棒，掰一棒，又丢一棒，最后只剩下一棒。而农家院里的家畜们看到地上的苞米，表现不一：有的赶紧捡来吃，有的开始窃窃私语，有的十分紧张……最后，当全主人公一家发现熊瞎子真的来了时，故事来到高潮……
作者吕爱明用绘本的形式重新演绎经典老故事，在作品中表达年轻人的生活态度，那就是“快乐也很重要”，鼓励小读者们乐观豁达地面对生活的一切。
吕爱明，毕业于中央美术学院，现致力于儿童绘本的创作。拥有丰富的内心世界，其作品充满了活力和个性。在校期间，开始为儿童绘本插画。《熊瞎子掰苞米》是他第一部自己写故事和画图的作品，该作品被评为“2018 年央美绘本创作工作室优秀毕业生作品”，获“2018年央美美术馆馆藏奖”。
